Going to sell off some of my OEM bigger smaller poulan stuff to see if I can piece together a kart to give this dirt racing a go myself. Figure if I am going to races to be in pits with son. Mise well put something together to learn even more on.

Most folks into the poulans know what I have in NOS left and used parts. Sell some full wraps off saws too. Plus whole saws in 505 445 etc and some cylinders in 445 415 425 and could pull a 505 cylinder if really needed. Just PM me your interest.

Well looks like my lime green 505 83cc is going to a new loving collectors home. So took a pic of it before with full wrap and west coast big dawgs.
Going back to the half wrap medium inner dawg like I had set up for poulan 2013 gtg.

Back to 2013 look . Filled up with e-free 90 and fill bar oil. 2 pulls popped. Then started. Just like a good poulan should. Have had some of mine set longer a started in 2 . Why I laugh at the guys that talk crap. Take care of your saws they take care of you.

Guy finally bought the poulan 505 he was telling me about that was used to cut ice with in past.

Somebody out there likes my 54mm topend better then I do. Was my CV2 I built during the stay at home with NOS 2 ring piston. 83cc
They want the NOS 1 ring piston.
475 crank for their build too.
Man that VPracing oil is impressive.

That is really cool. As long as I've been in the business, I never knew they made any of these in Poulan green. I'm guessing it was a brief run before they became Poulan Pro?

Always been an elusive chassis for me. I don't even have a Jonsered 2077/2083, and I've got a LOT of Jonnys.  Passed on a couple of ugly ones waiting for something decent to come along. Gave a beat up one to Walt who needed the top end to bale some loser out who promply blew up his saw again. Eventually one will wander in the store like they usually do. :)

Green one I did in 2012-13 because they didnt make one in green.  I was going to do one in bright orange too. Just because too.
But had got bored rebuilding the same ones over and over back then. So never finished the orange one.

Partner design saws made in the husky plant. 
The story is in the partner board. 
Partner Jred and Husky all involved.  Due to elux.
