Full synthetic.  Made in the same plant as the Husky LS semi down in south TN.   I believe Poulan discontinued it because I had to order it on line (old stock probably) and payed more than I was paying at wal-hell.   I talked to the tech at the plant  last year and he had a preference for the LS, saying the add pack was better,  whatever.   I prefer the Poulan synthetic for the ease of use and what was a better price, plus I would normally mix a little richer than 40-1, probably 32-1. I can't remember ever smelling it in use.
