I found both the x2 paints I wanted to try.
I picked up the gloss real orange to try. Going to spray it on the metal stihl sign I took on trade that was cut on a plasma cutter first.

Dont care if the orange  matches husky or harley orange at this point ( If I like it I'm using it). Just want it  done my way and not looking like the masses out there.

I got to test the X2 gloss real orange yesterday on the metal stihl sign.   I like it, it's  nice bright real orange.

One of those going to be forever projects.

I just happen to have time to kill while charging a battery on 1 of the 2 vehicles I was working on this weekend.   :'(

Kevin, how does the 2x paint hold up to fuel? I know that there is a US supplier (AeroColor) that I think formulates paint for small aircraft. They will match any sample you send them and also supply a bunch of paints color matched to standard colors used on aircraft builders. I know the make paint for Husqvarna in the US. I purchased a can a while back directly from them and squirted a saw just to see how it held up. Still looks good, although I do not usually paint saws, just wanted to check our the durability.

Never really paid attention how the X2 paint holds up to gas. I just paint a saw for kicks to make it different for me.

I would say bare without baking in heat it might not do well.  I just paint, put together and run, nothing special here as it is a chainsaw to me.
Never noticed any problems when a little spilled on it though.

Not into matching paint or trying to make a saw pretty. So no need for that with me.

Tim this one was painted with the X2 paint. Suppose to be poulan pro yellow. But I wanted a lime green one. Then I got some X2 in some shade of purple to do a set of cover to look like  a wildthing.
