Shorter bar for a 2775
« on: January 20, 2015, 03:43:26 pm »
What clutch drum do I need to convert to 3/8 LP and a 16" bar for my 2775?  Will the drum and sprocket from a Wild Thing fit?
First post here, Thanks!

It's pretty much the same as my 4620 only a different color and no tool less bar adjuster.

I do not remember what came on a 4620 and have not worked on a 2775.   What does your 2775 come with?

I have some Poulan 295's and I believe they were .325 when I got them.

Both the 2775 and 4620 have .325 and 20" bars. It's just too much bar I think. I'm anxious to try 3/8 LP and a 16".

That would be an awesome combination.   I do not know if a Poulan 260 sprocket, which I believe came with 3/8ths LP, would fit on a 2775.

Just .325 and only 16" might do the trick?
