On the cheap my ass.  $425 at the moment.  Yeah it's NOS................but come ON.  I'd MAYBE pay that much for an NOS 5.2.  Probably not though, as I have a very nice used one that looks great..............but isn't too nice to run.  Didn't cost me near $425 either...

For older saws:
Tune the H side so that it 4-strokes (burbles) at WOT unloaded and just cleans up when under load.
When you lift cutting load, the saw should immediately revert to 4-stroking.  Fine tune the transition point for the wood you're cutting.

LORD have mercy, Thats way on up there!  I can't even get out that much for the ones I run all the time & heat my house with. :D  It is pretty though.  I think I like traden things better.  Any lookers for a 51 husky with a leaky fuel tank?  I promise its down there in the bargain cave.

Only red NOS 3.7 I know about is the one the guy in Ohio bought for $75.  So where is the ridiculous priced one?

Think I will go take my dirty ol goat vomit green 3800 out of the black poulan case & fire it up & think about how $75 for it makes it more pretty & enjoyable to run & actually use, I don't have any shelf queens.
