Not that I am aware of.    They are just a model number for the saw and I do not believe they correlate to anything else.

There is so many poulans in the same cc the model numbers are only close.

I always figured it like this as they were close. 2900 46cc? So 2900 or 2.9 really 2.8 .  Maybe 2900 is later model and 2800 2.8 46cc was already taken.

Say poulan 3000 49cc 3.0   same as 305 49cc 3.0    3300 54cc  3.3     335 54cc   3.3 see what I see.

poulan 3050 49cc or 50cc?  3.0

I use the first 2 numbers.
