Hi, new to the thread. Any ideas on which Poulan this one is and whether you can fit a proper chain brake or just the hand guide.



Without measuring the bore it would be hard to tell but that black and white sticker to the right of the rear handle may give you a clue.

My first guess is going to be a 3300 or 3600.
Yes the chainbrake for those is completely contained in the clutch cover, so all you need to do is find the cover for a 3450 if I'm not mistaken.
