I also have a wild thing that I've had for probably 10 years. I also just had to replace all the lines, filters, and carb. Mine will crank but wont run long. So if you figure it out and can determine the correct carb adjustment please post up your findings.

Wouldnt yours be a 2375 WT?  If so little different then the newer strato ones. 

Check the service manual out. But if memeory is right. Try 2 out on L and H to start with from lightly seated. Make sure epa crap is off the H and L.
