That is a wide variety of power that is typically used for commercial or industrial purposes you have there Al.
When I worked on and installed Cat Scanners they ran on 480 3 phase power.   We would check the phase rotation by running one of the motors for the patient table to see if it went backwards.   If so then all that had to be done was to switch 2 of the phases. 

I know that the 277v was used a lot for commercial lighting.

Long time ago,late 70's Ohio build a bunch of vocational schools, some rather large .On one such we had a bunch of air handlers to install .All the phasing in the entire building was the same  .We installed the units and wired them all the same ,same make and model .About half if them ran backwards.So much for factory phasing .

Made another trip to the mountains yesterday for more firewood.   One more trip and I will be done with the beetle kill for this year.
I should have enough wood for testing also.
