Logging the back 40

My parents had their property logged this past week thought I'd share a few pics.
It's all black walnut, everything else is firewood pricing right now.

I was wondering the same thing.  Was any of  it veneer quality?

I have some walnut on my south place. None that size though (the bigger logs).

I know where I got that black walnut log cut up said good black walnut  is still worth a fortune , black walnut logs were worth not much , I know I paid $150 for him to cut 12 boards  28 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches thick so sawing is making money
