Do they make an adjustable H carb for these?

You notice the IPL shows EPA carb and a fully adjustable NON-epa carb. Least that is how I am seeing it. 

What is the carb? W or Z I'm going to guess a WT

The only drawback around here is the fact I haven't seen a dealer here in almost 20 years !!

My new husky dealer was the shin dealer here at one time. I'm guessing that had just ended somewhere in the 07 08

When did shin stop and who bought them up? Echo, E-lux?
