County where I work has one.

My opinion on using it....not great.  They put a 32" bar on it with unknown chain.  Chain being sharp, the saw often doesn't have the power to pull the length.  One of the hardest starting saws I've ever had the misfortune of using....floods easy, and if you are lucky enough to get the dang thing to fire...you can count on it dying soon after warm up.


Given the option of having to use this saw or a hatchet, I'll pick the hatchet.
