I read somewhere that they werent interested in having their saws listed with the EPA.  I suppose it involved alot of testing fees?  Something about emission requirements and their market share. 

Personally I dont like it.  The EPA and their heavy handed bs has put more than one maker out of business.  How much pollution can a 50cc saw make?  Just look at Lawnboy theyre NLA because they couldnt pass the EPA tests.
