Spare part delivery to Finland doesn`t work

 I have been waiting for a month to get spare parts for my Solo chainsaw  and my Solo pro Trimmer / circle saw.  The delibveries of spare parts are not working .

This AL-KO  company s not taking care of busines ., nor any Fionnish importer

Please, let me know, how to get spareparts from AL-KO   quicly to Finland .

Maybe you can source the parts you need out of the US?

They are still there, I just bought a 681 crank from them, to put in a Dolmar 7900.
