The 020 could be a very tempermental saw even for a dealer to fix,usually fuel system issues. I don't think you will ever solve it with a non-fitting aftermarket carb kit ever,I would carefully install an original kit,then there were many glitches to sort thru.
Experience builds real horsepower...
