Same same .Fact I've got an Ms 200T crankshaft and crankcase on an 020T cylinder ,shrouding etc .It's got a flippy oil cap and a screw gas cap .About the only difference would be the 200 has that so called intella carb and the 020 does not  .It's the same carb with just a little vent that connects within the air box which hinders the atmospheric pressure side of the diaphragm if the air filter gets clogged .It basically lets the saw continue running at a reduced  power level until the filter gets serviced .

The 020Av top handle is much older and entirely different .It uses a side mount carb and a side exit exhaust port .

I think they came out before that, seems to me I was selling them in the 80's. No chain brake on them back then. I could be mismemoreying. They are screaming little devils.  Chains sure are spendy.  I'm all the time cleaning out the screen in the carb.  When they get hard to start it seems to always be that.

What the 020Av top handle ?I have no idea when they came out .They've been around for a while though .

If you're refering  to pricey chain it probabley was the 1/4" pitch they used on a lot of saws of that size back in the day .Since the advent of 3/8" low profile the price has dropped . Rather I should rephrase because in the last couple of years chain prices have risen .

I didn't know they were quite that old old but is not surprising .In those days you never saw any of them or should I say mid 70's .

Then it was Mini Macs or Homelite XL2's for those who couldn't afford a Poulan S-25 which was the king of the trim saws  back then .

They aren't a bad old saw though .Enough go get em to still get-er done .Oh lawdy though they are a beech to wrench on compaired to either an 020T or 200T .

Every so often the top handle version of the 020 Av pops up on flea bay  .More times than not though they try to pawn them off as 020T's which they are not even close to being .For that matter I've seen them get sold at garage sales with very little wrong with them for under 100 bucks ,usually around 50 .Problem being from my aspect I always seem to arrive a tad late to get in on the action . On the other hand I'm way ahead of that game of finding reasonable priced saws so I shouldn't whine too much . ;)
