Same same .Fact I've got an Ms 200T crankshaft and crankcase on an 020T cylinder ,shrouding etc .It's got a flippy oil cap and a screw gas cap .About the only difference would be the 200 has that so called intella carb and the 020 does not  .It's the same carb with just a little vent that connects within the air box which hinders the atmospheric pressure side of the diaphragm if the air filter gets clogged .It basically lets the saw continue running at a reduced  power level until the filter gets serviced .

The 020Av top handle is much older and entirely different .It uses a side mount carb and a side exit exhaust port .
