Its the tank vent line thats leaking gas not the fuel line. Also missing the prefilter too. All the rubber mounts are there. Just thinking if the sun warped the housing by any chance. It does look like the sun faded it a little bit.

I just dont wanna ruin it if its something that needs taken care of before using it. It runs. Just gotta fix that fuel leak first is all.

Yeah, i meant after you fix the fuel line. You said you didn't want to take it apart, therefore after you get you a new tank vent, if the cover issue doesn't make it run wrong then just run it. If the cover issue bothers you, your probably gonna have to take it apart to see why it is the way it is.   ;)

how does the intake boot sit with the top like that? i'd be worried about it stretching.

Might be stretched a little bit and off center a hair too. Who knows how long its been like this.
