Yahh,
glad to be here!!!

It seems my 12 year stretch on that "Other Forum" has ended, so I am doomed to wander the internet.....

Here is a couple of snaps of a new one that I am dis-membering.  It looks like you could use a couple of av mt plugs, and you might
pop the other ones out and inspect and reset the rubber.

Yeah, if you reset those mts, it would likely help your alignment issue, and if you need any plugs, I've got hundreds...

No luck in resetting the plugs. The one by the chain brake has no screw in it. The others wont tighten up but will stay in the hole.

Clarify...

The ones in the black handle, the screws won't tighten?

What about the ones with no expansion plug, have you tried getting them replaced?

Yes the ones in the black handle and no expansion plug wont tighten up. There not loose loose. Just wont tighten all the way up. The one by the muffler has no screw in it.

nah, the one above the bar/chain is held with 2 plugs, one on each side.  But if they are worn and sloppy, you may need to replace
some of that stuff....

OK, I'll replace them all and hope to solve this while doing that. Missing plugs too.

Don't buy them from Stihl, that would be way too expensive, I think I still have a couple complete sets in my E-Bay store.
