038 super--Mahle and Golf Piston

Just thought I would mention this, on the right is a stock Mahle 038s piston, 50mm, on the left a Golf piston. The golf is .036" shorter from top to the pin and the windows are smaller. I ran both and was about the same, but the rings on the original Mahle was worn out very bad, over .090" end gap. I guess I should check aftermarket parts more before using them.
