Well I finally got that rascal out......reassembled ......good to go..... Started out using round washer's as a backstop to pull against ......bent 3 of them. Just couldn't get a square pull......I found a socket that would have served as a guide, but then could not come up with a section of M5 threaded rod or a long enough bolt that would work.

Thought I would give it 1 more shot before ordering the correct tool that was needed.....I ended up grinding a good steel washer down to a rectangular shape..... This fit in between the guides for the tank and kept me square w/the pump.......Also, used 1 of the bolts that held the gear box together.......it was just barely long enough. The pic show my pulling rig w/the other showing how plugged up everything was..

That's a lot like the oiler on a Stihl 250 and some of the smaller ones.
We should share what we know... someone may learn...
