More than likely a new set of rings plus seals for good measure would get it right back to running good . Reringing that saw would be one of the most simplest of things to do regarding repairs of any nature.Even if there is some piston slop it won't affect the performance that much .Maybe not as good as complete rebuild but good enough and certainly better than what it is,a lot cheaper too .
