The more I think about it the more I cant see how it PS picco LP would be 20% faster cutting then the 325 RS. 

Heck the PS3 was  like 15% to 20% faster then semi chisel picco LP chain.

The PS is the PS3 without the safety features. I can't see it being faster in either form. The chain would definately lack the strength for serious work. Stihl rep said the PS was designed for the 241. Makes me think that the 241 is underpowered if it needs chain help.
