I did a little bit of research on this .According to what I could fish out of the IPLs' the 048 uses a 13 mm piston pin and lists the pin bearing as 13-17 -14.5 .The 064 from what I can see is a 12 mm pin ,bearing 12-17-13 .

Now the big question .Does this mean the rod small end is 1.5 mm wider on the 048 or would there be clearance  using the 12-17-13 bearing or finding a 12-17- 14.5 if they make them ?

1.5MM isn't much but if it hangs on the inside of the pin bosses that wouldn't work .I really don't know, never tried it .
