IMO switch the 029 over to 325.   

I had 029, 029 super and 290 and they all cut better with 325 set ups JMO

325 7T is smaller then 3/8 7T

To be same size as a 3/8 7 you would have to run a 325 8. But I wouldnt do it has you will lose torque.
