Chainsaw tuner in or near eastern wa

Is there a saw builder or tuner around Eastern Washington that's any good.  I have a 038 that needs a new piston and cylinder.  So I wanna make it a 038mag and could use
Help :)


if it don't fit force it and if it breaks it needed to be fixed anyway!

Folks here can walk you through it if you want to try yourself.  Pretty easy IMO if you are the least bit mechanically inclined.

I know a guy in Wa but he works for stihl dealer. So dont know if he would take it on outside of the shop.

I'm down for trying it my self,  what about porting it?
if it don't fit force it and if it breaks it needed to be fixed anyway!

Not to many porters here in Washington State; most people here just do it them self

Head up to Van Island there are a couple real good ones there

I used to work on van island on a heli logging crane.  Walker saw shop was well talked of
if it don't fit force it and if it breaks it needed to be fixed anyway!
