Found a still 025 at pawn shop. Seems small, what's it's reputation.

I have 3 of them. I like 16" bars and .325 Stihl RSC Chisel chain on them. OEM, this chain has .063" thick drivers. RMC chain is OK too. I don't use -3 safety chains.

I've rebuilt the engines and had both early and late editions of the 025 as well as a MS250. They were all good for me.

I just use them for limbing.

It is a 45cc consumer grade saw, great for the occasional user and weekend warrior but not robust or powerful enough for the serious cutter. It works best with a 16" bar, 18 if the chain is kept properly sharpened and the saw is allowed to do the work. 20" is available but I don't recommend it. I read your other post, you need a lot more than an 025 to run that 25" bar. Look for at least an 038 or a Husqvarna 365. A good one will fetch a fair dollar, do you have enough work to justify it?

9cc smaller then your 54cc 3300
