361 or 362
« on: November 03, 2013, 01:36:37 pm »
I can't remember which one is the crazy valuable one that I should own, my local dealer has some really neat NOS saws and I was thinking of an early Christmas present for myself. Any suggestions on what I should ask him to part with on the cheap?

IMO neither is expensive to own used, unless you buy a 362 new.  The 361 is better then the 362 IMHO.  Seen 361's $300 and up lately.

I'm a big fan of my 361, but wouldn't pay a ton for one though.

The 361 will fetch more on the open market. Eyes closed i cant tell the difference between them stock. Ive always flipped the 361s ive owned and kept the 362. I might have a strong one but i love my 362. Mine are all for fun and dont put bread on the table so when one breaks or gets sold i grab another from the basement and go look for another.
