MS200T what year?

I picked up a Stihl MS200T and am not sure what year it is, here is what the tag says.
MS200T 35cc
Engine Family 1A8SX.0354RG    M.D.0107
Sn. 147290182

Would M.D. 0107 mean manufacture date 01 of 2007?
