I can not get over how some Stihl dealers, or at least the OWA high school girl working the counter have no idea about what's going on as far as a Stihl customer service is concerned. Maybe if they cannot sell you a new saw, they don't want to talk to you?

Customer service is the path to confidence in the dealership and future sales?
