I've never been inside of a 361 and probabley only seen 2 of them .However if it's anything close to an 036 I think it could be souped a tad and be a nice sized light weight fire wood cutter .It probabley wouldn't take much because for it's size an 036 does pretty well .

Looks like all the 361 needs is a new muffler gasket and the muffler bracket welded back on.

Stock beater or ported screamer?

I just picked one up Saturday myself. I like it since its lighter than my 044 but its not a limb saw for sure. Cuts great and priced right!
