I will honestly say I really don't like the ms250. I feel it's way too heavy for the power and the anti-vibe is less than good. HOWEVER, for the average homeowner they are a very good choice. and I really do like stihls easy2start system. it is extremely reliable if you keep the monkey's off of it and it's very smooth and easy. I had it on an ms180 and one of my friends went out and bought the ms250 for his granddad because if it. he's pushing 90 and loves that little saw. I did convert the ms250 to the 2 bar nuts. even though he only runs the saw maybe 10 hours max a year, he was finding the tooless system to be less than desirable. :)
