They are kind of an odd ball and I've only ever seen two of them .One I tuned for a  neighbor and one in the dead pile at a dealers .They are only 48 cc's so you can't expect much out of them .
A little trick to unstick one is first letting them soak in some type  of penetrating oil for a while.Then if it's stuck above the ports use the threaded part of a spark plug and braze in a grease zert and use a grease gun full of oil to hydraulically  move the piston .A standard grease gun puts out about 5,000 PSI so it will either come or bleed .You only have to move the piston  about 1/8 of an inch to free it .Unbolt  the cylinder first in case it's stuck on the bearings .
 Something like this a dealer really doesn't want to deal with .At most likely at least 60 bucks an hour it won't take long before the repair bill would  far exceeded the value of the saw .Which is not to say it can't be DIY because I do it all the time.All this said if you do get it running it will cut wood it just won't be very fast .---good luck---
