This might sound silly, but if the idle screw is out to far it will flood out when you pull it, Its like having the Choke on.
i found this out the hard way one day, I was cutting all day with an 034s then i put it in the back of my Polaris coming out of the woods the trail was pretty rough and it must have vibrated the idle screw out (it didn't have the plastic retainer on the screws) anyway the saw kept flooding out, after spending two hours tearing the carb apart and checking everything, than i turned the idle screw in and it fired up.
