 I called owner to let him know about it. I got as much as I could out with the small one on right. I ran 3120's with no keys and 272 coils, so I know it would be fine. But it was someone paying me so I was trying to do it right.

Got enough out with tool on right to make a smaller key from a old key on hand to put in it for him.  He was ok with going no key though.

Ordered my parts for the 026 build from Northwood saw.  http://www.northwoodsaw.com/
Tried 2 other places HL and Sawagain but both were higher on prices for the stuff I needed.  So NWS got the nod again this time.

Plus they had stuff I needed  in stock so I didnt need to shop 2-3 different places to get everything. 

Just one example.

Everything arrived yesterday evening and installed. She lives to cut another day.   8)

026 is done and passed the test cutting of 16" dry ash today. The one that was in 3 boxes and set for 5 years taken apart while owner was drunk. Was a fun little project. Not!

Just had 026 come in setting all wallygagged.  He was cutting bushes with it. With a super dull chain pulling on the handle to get it through the side way cuts.  Want to guess what he broke.  ::)

Right side rubber av was pulled out of case but not ripped. The left side took the damage.

I came up with redneck fix and warned him about repeating such.

It aint right but better then not having a limiter where he broke the case.

Man the difference in a muffler modded 026 and stock muffler.
