I think it's a tough call .You don't want to screw yourself or this other guy .

Maybe  whatever the saw would be worth if in good condition market value minus the parts and your labor at standard shop rates .I doubt seriously if a Stihl dealership would give much for this saw .

Then if you think about it if the parts were OEM Stihl and it was the P and C you could get more in it than what it's worth if you figured it like that .

If it's just the piston 40 bucks for a Metior  piston and 2 hours labor give or take .My way of thinking about a 100-125 shop rates for the labor plus incidentals of maybe 15 plus 40 for the piston .Subtract that from maybe 250 tops for the saw puts the value at less than 100 .Just my opinion .
