if your cutting 20" rounds a full comp will out perform skip all day long. that saw has the power to pull it no problem and in wood that size, chip clearance isn't really an issue. and when you start delimbling and trimming the small stuff, the skip is going to be grabby and jumpy as hell. the only benefit to skip is it's quicker to sharpen.
when I grow up, i wanna be an adult.
