Front bar stud is broken and no clutch cover

Had a new NOS clutch cover to go with it and dont remember any broken bar studs (dont recall).  Maybe just the nut on front one?

I now see there is nothing wrong with the front stud

Looks like the top handle may be broken and I don't know how they were made but the full wrap part of the handle may have been removed?

Is it my old peepers or is the clutch welded to the crankshaft?

BINGO!    Guy put a new clutch drum on and the threads stripped on end. So he welded it.
