Clutch in the 2nd pic looks small, could be a 070AV.
You don't see many of those old Oregon 3002 bars with the quarter moon joint medium contour noses.
The  deep belly is good with that 78"? length keeping the chain from derailing.
My narrow belly 60" General with 2 7/8" roller was forever flipping chainsif I didn't keep the chain super snug.
Making a living with a saw since age 16.

The governer was adjustable,it had a spring and there were a bunch of notches you could hook the one end in,I always moved the spring to the tightest notch for a little more rpms but it was still quite low rpms,so no worry about doing that. An air vane was hooked to the carb's choke butterfly, and at a designated rpm the governer started to close the choke which slowed the motor down and made it 4-stroke,simple and effective.

I checked out that choke setup when I was working on one for a friend.   I did not like it.   Reminded me of a lawnmower governer.

Being a flyvane governer it works like a lawnmower governer, but if you dislike it you can disconnect it and operate  the  carb as a high speed mixture  governer and limit engine speed by the HS screw, like other saws.Keep in mind the big 090's factory rpm limits.
