Went ahead and 2 part epoxied the 440 tank I got from Willard. Looks promising IMO. Will know more once set up.

Together and started it up today with epoxied repaired tank.  No leaks and carb area seemed lot stronger them oem.

Still waiting on 1 part  switch shaft 11281803501 since the 2 I have from these tanks are broke.

She sounds sweet with the DP on her.

Tested with DP muffler and had to do some carb side H adjustments big time.  Factory setting with the oem muffler and plain cover, man I wish I knew where they were.  With the DP it was turning over 15K to about 15.7K

Made some smaller round cuts, 20" bar buried in big round cuts and then 20" buried rip cut. I'm impressed with it in the cut.

Should be interesting testing the 372xp PP445 MS440

Just to show the exhaust outlet on the OEM muffler with plain cover and the aftermarket raisman DP muffler exhaust outlets.

Notice the difference in the size of the side exhaust deflectors too.
