Stihl MS 251. GAS filling up piston chamber just sitting.?

I have this stihl MS 251. As the main line says The piston area fills with gas and runs out of the muffler. I turn the chainsaw upside down and the gas pours out of sparkplug hole. Its been sitting for almost a year. This happened when I fill it with gas and wanted to use for the hurricane here. Of course it was into hydraulic lock. Any idea's? Thanks for your response in advance..  :-\

WAG / Trash under needle seat in carb holding it open or from seating?
