been trying to adjust the carb on ms211 went to see what the factory settings are it says on the high setting to turn screw cc till stop if I do this the screw end up in my hand ???

Yep the one I did dont have a stop either.  Try 1.5 turns out from lightly seated.  You have a tach to fine tune? If not tune by ear fat and listen to clean up in cut.

I dont recall where I ended up. But you will know. Start at 1 or 1.5 out and fine tune. You want no lag in throttle response.   Once you have that set for quick blips you may need to adjust your I idle some.  Good Luck

or just start adjust L from where it is at. Thats what I did on last one.
