Yes, they are lighter than a 460.  The cool thing as that the 460 topend can be fitted to the 440.  Here's mine.

Fitted as in how the 066 is being put on the 064 cases?
Exactly.  Both require very slightly slotting of the cylinder base mounting holes.  You also have to trim the bottom side of the plastic engine shroud on the 440.  The 064 requires no other mods unless going with the 066BB.  Then you have to slightly relieve the case for the piston skirts.  Both are pretty straight forward conversions though.


I'm cutting the crotch of an Oak tree here with my 064/066BB.
