It had finally started after all the pulling.   Going to dump his mix for alook and go through it. Then check again. Thats what the other guys said solenoid might be going.  But will see next round.

Both the stihls that came in was this way too. Even the 026.  It might be the choke in air filter. But tore it all apart and dont see where its that bad. IMO still a stupid set up IMO.
Going to pull carb etc for a look too. Says it takes 20 pulls on it. It seems to too till fuel gets to it. So might be that or stiff diaphragm.  Who knows, time will tell.

Saving mustangmikes info = They likely ran the 441 low on fuel and kept trying to start it and it went into "rich protective mode" like it does for an air leak. Hold the throttle all the way open and pull the rope, I'll bet it will start.

Unless you can get it "re set", it will take a several tanks of fuel to fix itself.
