Yes I would agree that you still have a carb issue.    Sometimes if you can find a loaner carb that you know is good that will be a definitive answer.

Also a pin hole in the fuel line.   The pin hole can be inside the tank as well as outside the tank.

One more thing to try.   Take the carb apart and ultrasonic it in dish soap and then blow it out with carb cleaner.   
PP 505, 475, 445.

So where should the idle be set for initial start up?  I have the low speed adjustment 2 screws out but where to set the idle?  Does it matter?

I just go till you see the screw making contact and then tad more on any.  Then once started go from there. 

I would think 2 out on L side on 025 might be way fat.  Under stihl info thread here is the initial carb setting info in pdf. Where to set them to start out.  Let me check it for ya just in case you cant find.

Stihl specs shows = Shows start at one on L side. I usually go 1.25 to 1.5 if they say one.

Thank you for the info.  I ended up buying an oem carb for this saw.  Hopefully get it next week

The oem carb did the trick saw fired right up and just needed minor adjustments.
