TS 350 super

im working on a TS 350 super and i found a hose barb next to the fuel filler but under the "fairing", would i be correct this is a vent? it had a rubber hose on it with a screw plugging it. if it is a vent i need a 5/16" vent "thingy". idea where to get one?

well i guess ill take a brass/copper bolt and drill it and make a vent.

Click on the IPL Fish posted to enlarge 1 size bigger then click again and it really is super size to read and follow.
