Thanks Tim, i have not had a chance to post this topic yet.  I was the one inquiring to Tim if a 200 top end would fit on the 192.  Have some contractor friends that do tree triming and are unhappy with the 192.

From the looks of the pic it looks like the 192 has part of the crank housing built in?

Is there anything that can be done to a 192 or is it, --it is what it is--?

You can do a muffler mod and re-tune.  You might also advance the timing, though I have not.  Personally, I'd trade it in on an MS150t

Some people like them but most of the trimmers are  020/200T affectionatos .Rightfully so I might add .

The more I hear about the 150 the more appeal that has for a micro saw .Although I might add not to change the subject that Poulan had a few in the under 2 cubic inch that did quite nicely in the micro size .
