In looking at that tool it might be such a thing as a more "universal " type might be possible to make by threading a series of hole around the circumferance and using grade 8 cap screws .

The problem with the 166 Dolmar was the fact it went into square holes which of course was over come by the adaptations from the screwdriver shaft .Whatever is used for the "prongs " has to be some tough steel .
