How Many Hammers Do You Own?

The other day I needed to drive a couple of pins out of a knurling tool, and had to go looking for "the" hammer, the one that usually sits on my bench-top.

I didn't get too far before I had to stop and have a little chuckle at myself.

I had eye-balled around 20 hammers and hadn't yet seen it when I realized that the roughly 20 was roughly half of them.  :)

That got me thinking, if I have that many, there are probably guys out there with a lot more than that.

How many hammers do YOU own?

4-sledge hammers 4-12#, 6-ballpeen 12oz?-2 1/2#, 4-body shaping, 6-carpenter 16oz-22oz.  Looks like 20.  Probably got more this is off top of my head.

I have no idea, but I always have to look for one also!  Just like a freakin' tape measure!!!!

I have a large number of hammers but when I need one - I have to make do with what I find.

Hard to say perhaps several dozen .I too seem to be hard pressed to find the correct one when it's needed .

I have a lot of hammers.

If I saw a good hammer with a bad handle at the flea market and I could get it for a couple bucks, I would buy it and put a new handle in it.
