I realize this is off topic from the intent of the previous post . . . But looking at the seller . . .
Buying something on Ebay from someone with less than 99.5% feed back is mighty chancy? She's 98.2%
We should share what we know... someone may learn...

She has 1 neg feedback. We don't know the whole story either. ebay always takes the buyers side. I only sell through ebay as a last resort. One time I sold a saw and I am sure I emptied the oil and fuel tanks, the buyer claimed oil leaked all over the saw and he wanted me to pay for degreaser and a new air filter that the oil ruined. I had to do what he said or I would receive neg feed back. I called BS but i did it. I rather sell parts on the bay. There are some evil ppl out there....

And I have had buyers win a bid and never pay. Ebay does nothing about it.
